We are happy to suggest specific Supply Chain and Logistics key performance indicators (KPIs), but it’s helpful to show you how to pick your own KPIs.
Think carefully about the outcome or ‘objective’ you are trying to achieve. Then consider the functions, activities and tasks that support that outcome. Those might be the best things to measure.
