The chart allows you to visualise the answers to these two fundamental questions on a single chart:
- How well is my supply chain performing compared to other similar supply chains from a service point of view?
- How well is my supply chain performing compared to other similar supply chains from a cost point of view?
In this example a food company’s results are compared to a dataset of 55 similar food companies from our dataset of over 800 supply chains and results charted in terms of service performance and supply chain cost performance.
